President and CEO, Lata Shintre MD, is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics with over 15 years' work experience as an emergency room physician. An accomplished minority, she has comprehensive experience directing successful operational strategies and providing outstanding patient care.​
​Dr. Lata Shintre has distinguished herself as a strong academician and leader. She has been selected by Harvard for the Disaster Medicine Fellowship at BIDMC (Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center). She will complete the program July 2026. This program offers a unique platform to enhance her expertise in disaster management.
Dr. Shintre served as an Independent Contractor offering physician services and logistic to set up 500 bed shelter/field hospital, Florida during hurricane Milton for special needs population who are oxygen dependent or on dialysis as well as overflow medical-surgical patients from neighboring hospitals.
Dr. Shintre proudly served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Florida Field Hospital built for COVID-19 overflow patient management. She also served as Incident Command for the State of Florida, overseeing travel mobile COVID-19 testing of our most vulnerable population, nursing home residents.

Formerly, Dr. Lata Shintre was the Owner, Founder, and Medical Director of a chain of urgent cares, “GetMed Urgent Care”. GetMed was acquired by MD (now a part of HCA) in February 2020. Dr Shintre brings a wealth of leadership and operational experience to this organization.

RedTag-19’s, key personnel collectively have 50+ years of comprehensive healthcare experience directing successful operational strategies and providing outstanding patient care. RedTag-19’s team played an integral role in in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic. They have extensive experience from operating the State of Florida field hospitals, Ì€COVID-19 testing, and COVID-19 vaccination. RedTag-19 was awarded a prime contract with Texas Human Health Services/Department State Health Services in January 2021 for COVID-19 vaccine administration in community or facility settings throughout most counties across the State of Texas including several cities along the Texas/Mexico border and emergency intake facilities.
RedTag-19 subsequently partnered with several healthcare officials at Texas Human Health Services to roll out their Monkeypox mobile vaccination deployments.

RedTag-19 has completed 650+ successful pop-up mobile deployments in underserved populations, nursing/rehabilitation/memory care facilities, school and university campuses, correctional facilities, corporations such Tyson Foods, Caterpillar, Formosa Plastics, including large drive thru vaccination events.

RedTag-19 was awarded statewide COVID-19 vaccination/testing and COVID-19 monoclonal anti-body administration contract with the Department Of State Health Services, Nevada.
